Dear investors,I have worked in Nende on and off since 2010. I know the communities in the area that PB hopes to mine well. PB is, in my opinion highly misleading and in its website and prospectus. Most of the communities are against the mining. When PB representatives were there last there were many protests outside the motel where PB personnel were staying and roads were blocked to stop them entering some villages. On one occasion they needed a police escort. In my view the chance of PB ever getting a Mining Licence from the Solomon Islands national government are slim. They also need a Business Licence from the local government and I would say the chances of that are diminished since the change of local government a few months ago. I am aware they are attempting to mine elsewhere in the Solomon Islands, they may have a better chance there.
