It could be either of the following:

1- Beaton’s Creek deal - Novo leadership has been out to WA recently and we know it is on their agenda. I have a feeling the MD is in Oz now.
2- takeover by Novo - maybe the $7.5 million IMC threw in was to keep the company liquid until a deal is done.
2- Cap raising - my guess would be 1 billion shares raised at way less than 2.5 cents
3 - additional funding - unlikely
4 - Receivership - recent crash in sp means this is possible - but why not just announce it today.
