Spectrum Metals Limited (ASX:SPX) (“Spectrum”) – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Spectrum requests that an immediate trading halt be placed on
its securities pending the release of an announcement related to the court action involving Venus
Metals Limited (ASX:VMC)
Spectrum expects the trading halt will be required until the earlier of the commencement of trading
on 11 February 2020, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.1 and ASX Operating Rule 16.4.2, and
that an announcement regarding the response will likely be made within that timeframe.
Spectrum is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other
information relevant to this request.
