    Hate to say it Guys but have't TER already got an irrevocable undertaking for 47.3% of shares.
    Many of UNV haven't sold shares yet so who could counter TER unless playing at 90% margin. I think more likely IER or ,TER having more than 50%. The issue as I see it is always the apparent (above my pay grade knowledge) lack of protections for UNV shareholders based on UK company trading in OZ.....
