Based on the updated recommendation from UNV this afternoon this is far from a done deal, especially if the TER mob can't vote. Wow! That would be game over for the TER bid unless they significantly sweeten the deal and make it a cash offer (which apparently TER can't afford, even at the current $0.10 part cash offer).
Leecom, previous offers have come and gone and in that history there have been competing bids so no I'm not dreaming but I don't feel the need to offend you. Just stating a fact mate.
Sounds like the IER will provide overwhelming support for the board to justify a final recommendation of "NO"
