    Well it looks like I have the minority opinion - so I will book my psychologist.

    Not sure that the halt notice would give a hint about any coming announcement. Also not sure that a delay means it wont be a better offer.

    This is how it went down with AGO when that was taken over. First the low bid from a light weight, then the real bid.
