If TTM is fully funded as they stated over a month ago, why wouldn't they have made an offer to the remaining Core Gold shareholders to buy the rest of the outstanding CGLD shares? That would give them 100% control of the assets without the additional time, effort and cost of maintaining a duplicate listing on two separate Exchanges. Only one set of books...only one set of lawyers...only one reporting requirement...only one AGM. It would probably pay for itself in the first year...turtle56
