I wouldn't be hopping on the GEM bandwagon as yet, when you consider there debts of $350 mil and $650 mil worth of leases, yes they don't need to pay staff as the job keep will pay that, they are only getting 50% of the rebate by government not full 100%, and as there leases and debt levels are high its just enough to keep them afloat, this is the idea of government to keep afloat, if they owned the buildings outright yes they would be making more money however there cost are high and even at 50% and no wages to pay its a life support only. I would consider this as a day trade only.
