The shorts/downrampers are tryharding so bad to make it look like a negative it's actually hilarious to watch at the moment.

The last 2 weeks they've been shouting "occupancy rate are less than 30% now ! No kids in any center, they won't have any revenue for 6 months ! This industry is going down !"

Now that the government has guaranteed 50% of previous revenue on top of the job keeper allowance for the majority of this casual and part-time workforce, they are trying to make people believe occupancy rates are back to 100% and this is the equivalent of the government forcing a 50% loss on them.

Here is a little secret : You can't have it both ways.

If attendances are very low, both the job keeper allowance and this program are very positive news guaranteeing 50% revenue with much lower workforce costs. There will be an impact compared to previous years but I feel relatively safe when assuming a share price divided by 4 in a month priced that in.
