Unless you work in the childcare industry or know people that run childcares, the 50% rebate to businesses is only to keep them afloat, they wont be making any revenue from this, for some still running at a loss, the rebate needed to be more like 85% otherwise GEM even with this help from government doesnt mean they will be making profit from this, no means, just the expenses are being paid, theres no winner here
