The winners will be the investors who buy around these price regions. This virus is not forever and things will get back to normal in a year or when a vaccine is produced. The price you paid however is roughly half of what is when it was normal. Besides, Australia and New Zealand (thanks to their geography and excellent health care systems) are likely to be least affected by the virus. Kids are on the extremely low risk end of dying from the virus.
Scomo is basically paying the rent and wages to avoid a capital raising/loss.
Personally i did not buy GEM due to their debt to market cap. Smaller operators with smaller debt loads in my opinion will fare better as govt subsidies tend to be skewed more towards them.
