While we wait for the Annual Report, the last AR stated almost 3,000 shareholders equates to 3,333 shares each. So if we're lucky we might get 10K shares if 1 in 3 take up the offer.
Yes, agree the whole process highlights poor integrity especially considering the earlier director sales and now purchases. Hopefully this will be raised at the AGM and they'll be hoping (like all of us) the SP is significantly higher by then.
