As a shareholder I own a share/part of this company. I expect the same opportunities as any other shareholder whether it be an Institution or director. The current CR is in the ratio of 12:3:5 and me being one of 3000 to 4000 holders who can get only 5 twentieths of the offer at 50 cents. Yet we current shareholders currently own a far bigger slice of this company and its profits. Why should our share be diluted.
