These stop & go Ann over fkups has such an unprofessional ring to them. It does not encourage major funds to overlook one or two annoyances and look at the big picture. I have spoken to many corps at their most senior level about their communication and marketing skills and often walk away realising that they should be in the engine room tinkering and fixing things they know best how to make the ship run and not at the helm navigating a safe, efficient comfortable course for its paying passengers.
