    Here comes the takeover. With MC at $6.8m, Coliseum can buy it, flog the assets for cash and end their painful investment at the wrong price.

    It is usual to appoint a review committee of independent directors to consider takeover offers. Do you think we can encourage them to grow a backbone, pCap?
