Have you considered what happens if the ASX allows the release of an announcement saying 'our new product could prevent coronavirus'?
given the product can do this (see test result), I'm not sure how the ASX deny them the announcement. They'll ask their questions, which is fair given the possibility for fraud, but they now have proof.
Even if it amounts to nothing, its a neutral announcement at worst.
