I sold out on Monday when the investor presentations came out. Red flag for incoming cap raise.

Negitive-The worry is why raise prior to results? If results where good you can raise at a premium with less dilution.

Positive-So many times you see small cap boards filling the coffers or their associates coffers to make a quick buck on good news.

Either way both scenarios leave a sour taste so happy to be on the sidelines momentarily. Happily pay a higher price than what I sold at later.

This can be a nice crystal ball into the management of RML
