    Other possibility is a block sale of MAY's interest now that their move has been thwarted? Boring possibility is that management were very conservative with the frac announcement and chose for a pause, whilst VEN didn't. But that's a bit strange given that no MEL released ann. has come through yet. I've got to step away from the computer!
