Not the news I'd hoped for, but in hindsight makes sense. They're low on cash, so would need to sell BYE, which would then leave not a lot of ammo if Vali doesn't go to plan. Here's hoping it's small in scale and without too much discount. I'm buoyed a bit by how VEN have reacted after their cap raise. A bit of liquidity and a bit of dilution to MAY won't be bad things.
What are we thinking? Enough to cover Vali ($1m?), Odin ($1m) and some working capital ($500k?) - then raise more for Cervantes after Vali?
