From memory both raises are well under $2m, but they are accepting overs so that might push it up a bit. Options were something like 1:3? @ 5c? I forget expiry. Bidding is closed now so I'm going from memory, which might not be completely reliable(!). In any case it is not such a large raise, and if permeability is as good as we hope it will be quite lucrative for those shareholders that participate.
