Amongst the myriad possibilities here there is also the chance that CBH has sold their 50% of the JV to a third party. A party who may be motivated to progress this to the next stage.The Peel capital raising could be to fund their part of the drilling / exploration decline costs. Peel could also be selling down part of their 50% share to fund their portion of the cost.
