Major shareholder not participating following relief (covenant waivers) form senior banks. Also, they have paused trading on 12 August, and still haven't announced the equity raising... 'loss of confidentiality' over capital raising is never good. Means its a poorly controlled process and the likes of Citi, Goldmans and CS have loose lips...
I think there is huge latent value in this company, hence my buy sentiment, I just don't think this has been well executed by the investment banks. When I say 'disaster', I mean poor execution which will go to shareholder value.
