Usually there are 2 main reasons 1- giving shareholders and the inner circle an opportunity to load up before an important announcement that my make SP fly. 2- fill up the kitty with funds for further development.. I would love to see them go aggressively in passing the hat to get big bucks for expanding and perhaps getting their own processing plant.
It is true Mat SP is a joke comparing to most goldies in this Gold bull run..
But hopefully we ll have the last laughter....
