By the way - the second dot point wouldn't be expected to take long (just processing the trading halt request) - so I'm thinking its the first dot point ...
In which case CDX has a market sensitive announcement it is preparing to release so is, in the interim, not trading.
Like an earlier poster stated - if it relates to a CR there is usually a second page showing the companies request - so I see this as unlikely.
