Company is not allowed to hold back price sensitive information under Corp rules. If found they did massive fines are in place. Obviously to me significant info has been leaked imo and is heavily influenced with China running this coy.
I believe that the ASX should immediately suspend this stock until they get to the bottom of what’s really happening in my opinion. Just look at the huge amount of stock moved at stupid high prices especially those who parted with funds at 4-5c. Ouch.
ASX is ripe with insider trading and many companies fail the corps act. ASX is blind and toothless to deal with non transparent in my opinion.
