Yea agree with the other dude. spent all lust night doing research on this. sitting on approx 3mil cash - Leases 40k and Employee benefits approx 800k - 2 mil give or take in cash assets, after the cap return. MC at 3mil so by my calcs a third of investment is @ risk ATM should it all go belly up.

Unlikely though - when directors purchasing on market... something is going on, Why else would buy into an empty shell?
Sit on your hands for a week or 2 and see what comes of it.
