I get the logic of the delisting rationale but this seems premature. last financial year was still transitioning from the previous approach as well as getting through the pandemic market impact. expecting an immediate SP uptick was unlikely. however continuing to show good progress this financial year might have had a chance. there is no real detail provided on what delisting means going forward other than ability to sell shares. If MBO is the eventual plan then do that now properly and give a clear alternative to existing shareholders.
I don't have an issue owning shares not listed so still thinking of holding for now.
