Doesn't smell right to me !!

Publicly listed companies trade on much much higher PEs than non listed .

So how does delisting create value for share holders .

No comments from the from the directors on what the company should be worth ....and why ?

Doesn't look look like this deal is going to benefit all shareholders to me .

Isn't TCN in the business of building
brands ? Yet they can't build their own to create more shareholder interest and liquidity ?

Lots more to say on this and l hope others do as well .
