Ive got a few ideas on value creation. For a start I’d be punting the two NEDs Ellerby and Gill who don’t own a single share in the company. There’s an extra ~$50k pa saved right there, think they are on c $45k pa each but public companies require 3 directors so would need to replace one of them...investor nominee director an option...
