This announcement and the companies explanation has gotta be one of the most pathetic announcements ever .

All shareholders need to vote no

All shareholders need to pressure the board to tell us what they think is a fair value for the enterprise and why .

Delisting the shares arent gunna help ...just allow some opaque deal.to be done ...... that l doubt will benefit many small shareholders .

The board needs to take a real hard look at themselves ....

They should start talking to market about the progress the company is making .
