It’s only $9 to get this info (I’ve done these searches countless times...takes me back to life as a junior lawyer) and don’t have an aversion to doing it, but I don’t know if it will be money well spent here.
Jacoby and Hoeksma may be acting in concert but if Jacoby had an interest in these shares it should have been disclosed in previous regulatory filings/disclosures so if they are arms length it will be hard to connect the dots here I think. I spent a decent chunk of time today going through previous ARs etc to understand TCN’s corporate history better, and but I.haven’t made a connection there. Maybe I need to look harder...
