Sampson lending shares to Morgans is pretty meaningless, unless Morgans intend on making a TO Offer. Even then Sampson will be dragged in front of the TO Panel and made to follow through on their SG acceptance statement... SG will not let those shares go elsewhere imo.

Morgans Sub-holding announcement says they control 39M shares when the table of buys and collateral loans received adds up to 47.8M shares. No bid deal because date becoming a sun is still 18 Nov after receiving Sampson's shares. Reality is that unless another bidder shows up this is sleep walking through more distracting theatre into the inevitable....
