Just financial manouvering. P&L will take a hit. I'm not smart enough to work out whether the new terms are all that much favourable to the old. a $40m expense is a $40m expense though. That seems a lot for a business that isn't making huge profits as yet.
Not actually sure how to read this.
I sold a parcel a few days back. Love the business, love the future prospects of it, but the price has just run crazy ahead of itself. If it drops to more reasonable levels, I'll add to what I still hold. If it keeps going up, I'm still happy.
