Not much to worry about here, just panicky people who bought recently in vaccine frenzy selling. Tarrifs were expected ages ago. Fact is it's an open market system, and they'll need to buy wine from elsewhere if they're not buying from us (since chinese wine output is dropping yoy last 5 years, that's a tough reversal) creating a new area for us to sell to, which isn't lead by a waste of oxygen like Chairman Xi Ping Mao.
The supply/demand picture as a whole isn't going to be impacted, unless they stop their populace from this luxury, and that won't happen. The communists need their people's support, and they get it by making sure, they have some luxuries (at the expense of many human rights).
Good Chance to Buy when people panic sell this. Might hit 6, but gotta stay strong.
