Any Australian wine bottled anywhere in the world and shipped to China and even Australian bulk shipped and bottled in China will be subject to the tariff. The Chinese are not that stupid I can tell you.....
Bulk wine delivered to China is not subject to tariffs ( unless bottled as Aussie wine in China) . This is because they use Aussie bulk to blend with their low quality wine and make it better. There are many purported to be Chinese wines that are in fact 95% Aussie wine....
