You are absolutely correct @Ckeenan. This a trial based on an MOU - ie nothing set in concrete yet - they are trialling a platform to see how it is accepted in the US and the deal can be terminated or changed probably by either side without too much fuss if it does not become worthwhile. Cheap form of entry and low risk - great decision given the current Covid restrictions and economical environment in the US. Worthwhile as a trial - yes and according to most of the posts I read here holders want it to happen too.
