Market will probably view it unfavourably given JK has been central to NSX's refresh, but these are allegation only and nothing obviously proved. Nothing new in the SOC, only that ASIC have finally taken a position.
I'm not sure of the technicalities of JK tenure at NSX whilst this issue is sorted out.
Longer term, the more important focus for the NSX investment thesis, is ensuring they hit milestones with or without JK at the helm.
