What is the bet that Australian Super were one of the "interested parties" to the sale of TLT shares... then saw the quality of assets held by IFT and went a step further????
Agree - first offer should be dismissed here as opportunistic / undervalued... but I feel that this could be the beginning of a bidding war - IF Morrison & Co consider it worthwhile exploring what the company would be worth to another party.
