Very opportunistic and I reckon your speculation is probably right. Aside from Tilt, CDC is the jewel in the crown and they have probably been eyeing that one off for awhile as CSC and Future Fund have a slice of the pie and they want their own slice.
Also, given the issues Wellington Airport and Vodafone NZ have had this year, I'm keen to see how they go about valuing those assets for the purposes of the offer.
