a pause is oftern follow by a halt, can take 20 minutes or more.
some infor has come to hand so to avoid insider trading a pause while they get together a statment of things to come. what could it be, not thinking a CR but seem little lots of companies are doing at this time, which doesn't hit me as the best of timming.
must be a part partnership, not getting the vibes at all for anything huge,
