Yes that is true, but it could definitely create value for BPH so it should be an easy query to respond to if so.
My other thought is maybe a query along the lines of "you told us it was not price sensitive but the price has gone up 20%+ what gives?". Yes the ASX makes the final call on whether an announcement is marked as price sensitive, but companies can also tell the ASX what they think about it.
