As promised, and especially for muroran who asked, here are the trades (ASX & Chi-X) over that 34 mins of frantic trading when 58.6 million Helix were sold, at a rate of 1.7million shares / minute, at a VWAP of 1.3281, which was a 27.27% increase.
Analysis of that data makes it clear, IMO (although I won't share details in this forum - at this stage at least), that a 'substantial shareholder' has bought a notifiable interest of at least 5% of Helix. As the saying goes, watch this space
