Damn, in what was talked up as one of the best investments for 2021 is now turning into 2021's biggest nightmare. This outage is a massive hit and there is no way they will get all of the terminals updated, even by the end of February. There are ~10000 terminals affected and these will take months to update, not weeks.
Tyro will lose these retailers and they will also likely have to compensate them. Their investment in growth will be for nothing since it will likely be very difficult to convince other retailers to join them after all of this.
