@whatdot - my view is, majority of impact will be fixed by the end of this week (i.e. before Monday morning), please see that announcement on 13th Jan made it clear. I believe what it means (my belief) is
A. first priority is the customers where all the terminals are out - Tyro would fix 1 terminal at least per facility. Before Monday they will try to ensure that each merchant will have 1 working terminal per facility. B. next is the remaining terminals (these may stretch to next week). C. terminals in remote areas (I am not sure what i can expect but hope many of these fall into A above).
One of the face book post by a merchant indicated that when he sent 2 terminals for fixing, he received 1 back and waiting for the other.
