when time like this, it is the perfect time for shorter to bash down the SP. Trading on fears. Almost everytime in such condition, the stock will become way oversold. Obviously people are worried about legal liability. I would think company like tyro should have bought enough cyber insurance and IT indemnity insurance to cover themselves from legal proceedings.
