The trading halt has been requested pending clarification related to drilling permitting at its Project Peregrine, located in the NPR-A region of the North Slope of Alaska; 2. The trading halt should be until the release of the announcement by the Company, expected to be no later than market pre-open Wednesday, 27 January 2021; and 3.
