Yep I read it as being pending an announcement by JAT. And correct, could be good or bad. We'll find out soon enough.
I think as Cap and others have been commentating though, there was a bit of news flow expected, so I would be guessing it will be an announcement relating to planned progress. But I could be entirely wrong!
