the announcements staff take a quick look to categorise but they don't review - it's an admin role not compliance role, plus small team looking after 100s announcements per day so can't look too closely at each but they refer announcement to compliance if something obviously wrong
it is companies job to lodge a compliant announcement, and asx checks after the fact
