That is correct. It is up to the company to provide compliant announcements. If you look back on the company there has been numerous times where there have been errors in their announcement requiring an update. It is time that the current board step down and put an experienced telco board in its place. There are no excuses for these constant mistakes. It is up to all board members to review the announcements and make sure that they comply and that they are comfortable with the contents before it is released. This is happening all to often and may affect the trading price of the stock which is definitely not what the ASX is after in a correct market.
