I am sorry for the position you find yourself in . We make the choices about buying and selling in the end. If we attach too much value to what are doing then we hand over control to some one else. Personally if I was to sell now I'd be down about 30000 dollars au, I may end up worse or better off in the long term. I appreciate your words of warning but one can only go over the same ground so often.
